Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate lifecycle logistics and operations for a search portfolio.
• Schedule a high volume of virtual and in-person interviews.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate candidate and search data in the ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to move the process forward.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Use metrics to measure progress, pipeline health, and issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements impacting the team.
