Job summary

JCB is seeking a full-time, exempt Manufacturing Supervisor to support and grow the on-site Pooler, GA manufacturing teams. The role ensures production targets align with safety, quality, and cost goals while leading a team of four Team Leaders and about fifty operators.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 5+ years manufacturing experience, and possess at least 3 years of leadership. Strong SAP, MS Word/Excel skills and problem-solving abilities are preferred.

• Five years of previous manufacturing experience.
• Three years in a leadership role.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and developing the entire manufacturing or assembly team, including a minimum of four Team Leaders and fifty Team Members.
• Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, staffing, etc.
• Responsible for meeting production requirements while also meeting performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Five years of previous manufacturing experience
• Three years in a leadership role
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field
• 5 – 7 years of assembly experience in a related industry
• 5 years in a leadership role
