Amergis is seeking a National Recruitment Manager to connect people with work that matters across the United States. You will source top talent, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring goals.

The role offers a base salary around $50,000 with uncapped commission and full benefits in a corporate/field office setting. A minimum of one year in recruitment or B2B sales is required, with a Trainee path at start for those who don’t meet criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience or B2B sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to attract top talent using technology to build networks.
• Action oriented with results-driven mindset and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent through referrals, databases, networking and competitor insights.
• Share what makes our business line unique to spark candidate interest.
• Interview candidates, verify credentials, and ensure alignment with hiring criteria.
• Negotiate pay packages balancing candidate needs and company goals.
• Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements.
• Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll and retention.
