Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Maumee, OH who will work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding caregivers, and providing office support.

You will share on-call duties, ensure client satisfaction, and help maintain compliance in a fast-paced home-care environment. Exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and supervision of frontline staff.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and organization.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver Management: Hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: Manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General Office Support: Support the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: Conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Care: Ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: Follow company standards and state requirements.
