Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Madison, WI is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will work closely with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The Recruiting Manager’s primary focus will be to provide recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office.

The Recruiting Manager will also be responsible for sharing on-call responsibilities with the other managers. Responsibilities include managing caregivers, recruiting and onboarding weekly, handling after-hours calls,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor degree, or tested combination with 2 years in admin/HR/sales.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and termination when needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state rules.
