Hasana, Inc. is looking for a Recruiting Intern to assist with attracting and recruiting top talent. You will work closely with the HR team, managing the recruitment process while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

This internship demands a proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates are students passionate about women's economic opportunities, equipped with strong writing and interview skills, and able to commit to 2–3 days a week for three months.

Qualifications

• Must be a full- or part-time student seeking school credit.
• Ability to commit to 2–3 days a week for 3 months.
• Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, and openness.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract, and recruit candidates.
• Assist with the development of job specifications.
• Identify sources for candidates and initiate recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure timely candidate responses to applications.
• Work with the HR team on onboarding new starters.
