Soliant connects talented professionals with opportunities in education, healthcare, and pharmacy. Behind every successful placement is an operations team helping professionals meet onboarding requirements, maintain credentials, and prepare to serve their communities.

Through the Soliant Launch Program, our Operations Intern will gain hands‑on experience in compliance, credentialing, onboarding, and administrative support. You’ll work alongside experienced team members to learn how accuracy, organization, and collaboration support our business and the professionals we place.

What You’ll Do

Under the guidance of our operations and support teams, you will:

  • Support screening follow-up: Review automated screening reports and help route items requiring follow-up related to background checks, drug screenings, and tuberculosis testing to the appropriate team members.
  • Organize digital records: Update client folders and maintain forms and documents provided by our sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor licenses and certifications: Use credential expiration reports to identify upcoming renewals, check state licensing websites, and upload updated documentation into Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate credential reminders: Send reminders to candidates and internal sales teams about expiring documents and outstanding compliance requirements.
  • Maintain credential records: Cross-reference candidate and placement profiles, update compliance tracking lists, and archive background screening and credential documents according to established procedures.
  • Assist with fingerprint documentation: Retrieve available documentation from authorized fingerprint portals and upload supporting records and communications into Bullhorn.
  • Track required training: Monitor training completion in Vector and upload completed certificates to candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate badge requests: Submit candidate badge information through approved, secure company channels to support client requirements.
  • Support onboarding documentation: Assist with certificates of insurance and other onboarding records, including support for VocoVision placements.
  • Learn placement review processes: Partner with Support Specialists to review placement information, understand daily auditing procedures, and assist with assigning support responsibilities.
  • Assist with renewal onboarding: Use state‑specific resources and prior placement records to help specialists identify and connect required credentials for returning professionals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort using email, spreadsheets, digital files, and new technology.
  • A willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and learn new processes.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical experience supporting onboarding and compliance in a national staffing organization.
  • Exposure to credential verification, document management, and placement support.
