Job summary

Avgol is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Mocksville, NC to support the HR team with full-cycle recruiting coordination and related administrative activities. The intern will attract, screen, schedule, and communicate with candidates while maintaining accurate records and supporting onboarding preparation.

You will work closely with the US HR Generalist and hiring managers, gaining practical experience in recruiting processes, HR systems, and workplace professionalism.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred; recruiting experience not required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel; exposure to ATS/HRIS is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post approved job openings on career sites, external boards, school platforms and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and organize candidate information for recruiter or hiring-manager review.
• Conduct or support initial candidate outreach and pre-screening using approved questions and criteria.
• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, facility visits, and follow-up meetings.
