Job summary

Top Stack is seeking an experienced Recruiting Director to lead and grow the talent acquisition function across multiple business areas and leadership levels. This role will shape strategy, build pipelines, and drive hiring excellence.

You will partner with senior leaders to align hiring with growth goals, mentor the recruiting team, and implement data-driven processes to improve candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, finance, accounting, or advisory environments.
• Experience leading or scaling recruiting functions and building direct sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, analytics, and talent pipeline management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work collaboratively across teams.
