Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in daily Recruiting BDC operations
• Oversee recruiting workflows, outbound calling, inbound calling, lead follow-up, and candidate engagement
• Ensure consistent execution of scripts, call processes, recruiting procedures, and BDC best practices
• Maintain productivity, call quality, and daily performance standards
• Listen to all recruiting calls and evaluate tone, accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness
• Run weekly Shark Tank call-review sessions
• Provide targeted coaching, call training, script refinement, and performance feedback
• Build a culture of accountability, improvement, and high-standard recruiting operations
• Assist with client issues, escalations, account management tasks, and service support
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
• Ensure timely communication, follow-through, and problem resolution
• Conduct daily client check-ins to increase awareness, engagement, retention, and upsells
• Identify opportunities to increase sales volume, expand services, and grow accounts
• Present value-driven solutions that enhance client performance and recruiting output

Position Overview

CarGuys Inc. is hiring a Working Manager to lead and actively participate in the daily operations of our Recruiting Department. This role combines leadership, hands-on execution, client interaction, performance management, recruiting operations, BDC management, call coaching, account management, and revenue growth. You will run the Recruiting BDC workflow, conduct client demos, manage daily recruiting activities, drive KPIs, oversee call reviews, and maintain strong client relationships that increase sales volume and upsell opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

Recruiting & BDC Operations

• Manage and participate in daily Recruiting BDC operations
• Oversee recruiting workflows, outbound calling, inbound calling, lead follow-up, and candidate engagement
• Ensure consistent execution of scripts, call processes, recruiting procedures, and BDC best practices
• Maintain productivity, call quality, and daily performance standards

Client Demo Management

• Conduct and support client demos, product demonstrations, and service presentations
• Prepare and deliver demos aligned with CarGuys recruiting solutions
• Follow up on completed demos to drive conversions, onboarding, and client satisfaction

Performance Metrics & Reporting

• Measure, track, and analyze KPIs, call metrics, conversion rates, demo performance, and recruiting output
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, training, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven recruiting management

Shark Tank Program Leadership

• Listen to all recruiting calls and evaluate tone, accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness
