Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and leaders with administrative and operational tasks. You will help manage the recruitment process from sourcing and resume review to screening and contingencies before Day One.

In this role, you will assist with career events, networking, social media, and job postings, collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract and hire the best talent for the organization.

Qualifications

• Two years of office, administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience with recruiting processes or talent acquisition tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition recruitment team and leaders administratively and operationally.
• Assist with preboarding activities including candidate sourcing, resume review, screening and contingencies prior to Day One.
• Assist with career events, networking, social media and job postings; partner with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.
