Job summary

WITRON Service America LP in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across talent acquisition. You will coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, support onboarding, and ensure candidate experience aligns with company policies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions while complying with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and recruitment team members.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, boards, and social channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data.
• Assist with screening, scheduling, and recruitment logistics.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps: background checks, drug screenings, references.
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Monitor requisition status and recruitment metrics for leadership.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain recruiting processes and candidate templates.
• Collaborate with managers to move candidates through the process.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company practices.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
