Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator in Hawthorne, CA, to schedule all candidate onsite interviews, coordinate travel, and host candidates while supporting the recruiting team with administrative tasks.

This 6-month contract requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, including familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS, MS Outlook, and MS Office. It is an onsite role with standard hours and potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ months of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of personnel policy and employment practices under federal and state laws.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with adaptability and urgency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews.
• Coordinate candidate travel.
• Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics.
• Learn about SpaceX programs to discuss them with candidates and client groups.
• Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience.
• Assist the talent operations team with special projects.
