Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis with strong conversion potential to full-time. You will own interview scheduling end-to-end, host candidates on-site, and support recruiting events, reporting, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and teams, maintaining high-quality logistics from arrival to decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 2+ years in a high-paced environment.
• Experience supporting a high-volume or highly technical recruiting organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with ATS workflows, data hygiene, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Own complex interview scheduling and coordination across multiple recruiters and roles.
• Host and tour candidates on-site, managing logistics and creating a positive impression.
• Coordinate candidate travel and interview days, handling related expenses for a high-quality experience.
• Serve as a trusted contact for candidates with timely, thoughtful communication.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling challenges and keep processes moving.
• Identify bottlenecks and help design practical process improvements.
• Maintain postings and recruiting information across Ashby and other systems.
