Job summary

Corvid Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition across the organization, providing administrative support for recruiting tasks and coordinating on-site interviews. You will review applications, assist with offers, and support documentation throughout the process.

This role offers exposure to multiple career paths in recruiting, HR, and business operations within the defense industry.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Demonstrated communication skills required (verbal and written).
• Experience in a sales position or high-end customer service position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and dispositioning candidates for technical openings.
• Scheduling onsite interviews with candidates.
• Responding to candidate and hiring manager recruiting inquiries.
• Support sourcing efforts using ATS and available job boards.
• Coordinating summer intern program - including technical presentations, social events and more.
