You will maintain candidate records, help prep interviewers, and ensure timely, professional communication. This role offers growth toward full‑cycle recruiting as Revel scales in the hardware software space.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator that is warm, professional, and clear in both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace or similar productivity suites.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-directed, you are comfortable taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, warm, and professional communication.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, travel, and day-of support.
• Prepare interviewers with resumes and role context ahead of each interview.
• Support onboarding logistics with People Ops and hiring managers for a smooth first day.
• Help build recruiting coordination workflows, templates, and processes as we scale.
