Job summary

Reevo, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Contract Recruiter to partner with our in-house recruiters, translating business needs into real candidate profiles and building pipelines from scratch in a fast-moving startup.

The role is a 6-month engagement for up to 40 hours per week, with collaboration across GTM and later technical roles; in-person in SF five days a week, focusing on impactful sourcing and strong partnerships.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter who can partner closely with our in house recruiters to help define what “great” actually looks like as our team scales. Many of the profiles we’re hiring for aren’t fully formed yet — they require context, judgment, and an ability to translate business needs into real people, not keyword matches.

Your first few months will primarily be supporting GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience), but shortly you will also support technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design), depending on business needs. This is a hands on role in a fast moving startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, iteration, and building strong pipelines from scratch.

We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with our in house recruiters to understand hiring priorities, evolving role definitions, and ideal candidate profiles


• Lead sourcing efforts for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (initial focus)


• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates using targeted, creative sourcing strategies


• Build and maintain strong pipelines in a high growth startup environment


• Provide market insight and candidate feedback to help refine profiles and hiring strategies


• Collaborate with Recruiting and business stakeholders to support hiring goals


• Support sourcing for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design) as needs evolve (nice to have)

What You Bring:

• Experience sourcing / recruiting, ideally within a fast paced startup environment


• Demonstrated ability to source for roles that are not “plug and play” and require strong judgment


• Strong familiarity with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms


• Experience working with Ashby


• Strong communication skills and comfort partnering closely with recruiters


• Nice to have: experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles

Compensation And Terms:

• Engagement: Contract role starting with a 6 month engagement, with potential to extend


• Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week


• Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience
