Job summary

BRINC Drones Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Seattle to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinate onsite, remote, and panel interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to final decision.

You will manage ATS records, support recruiting events, track progress, and provide timely follow-ups, delivering a welcoming candidate experience while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating high-volume interviews across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers (onsite, remote, and panel formats).
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Partner with recruiters to manage and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and networking activities.
• Partner with recruiters to track hiring progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed.
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every candidate.
• Assist the People Team with additional coordinating and scheduling tasks.
