SpaceXAI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You will coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interviews, manage candidate logistics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in a startup-like environment, and be able to juggle multiple projects with flexibility. Visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency.
• Experience in people operations or recruiting functions preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics promptly and accurately.
• Represent and foster partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver high-quality work.
• Lead ad hoc process improvements and other special projects.
• Maintain data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Evaluate recruitment strategies and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
