$26.00–$30.00 per hour + Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a driven Employment Specialist to join our Kent, WA team.

This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused position that combines recruiting, sales, customer service, and account management. You'll work directly with job seekers and local businesses to connect great candidates with the right opportunities while helping our clients solve their staffing needs.

You'll have a direct impact on placements and office performance, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.

What You'll Do

• Interview and evaluate candidates for available positions

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, customer service, account management, human resources, or business development is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
