Podium in Utah is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience for all onsite interviews at our Lehi headquarters. You will be the go-to person for logistics, coordinate schedules with interviewers, and ensure candidates move smoothly through every stage of the process with urgency and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and excited to develop a career in recruiting or people operations within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional environment, ideally in recruiting/office coordinating or administrative support.
• Drive urgency in our recruiting process to hire top global talent.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on tasks to drive impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Take ownership and initiative within assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.
• Strong work ethic and resilience in tight timelines.
• Interest in building a career in recruiting / people operations.

Responsabilités

• Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers.
• Schedule interviews with candidates.
• Host onsite interviews (when necessary) and communicate with candidates to answer questions.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes.
• Support HR Operations with administrative tasks, including HRIS data entry, answering general employee questions, and maintaining personnel files.
