Job summary

NavSav Insurance is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team with interview scheduling, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR to maintain an organized and moving hiring process.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment. Strong communication and proficiency with standard office tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Professional communication with candidates and leadership.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and follow-up meetings.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and identify meeting basic requirements.
• Post and maintain job openings across platforms and career pages.
• Assist recruiters with outreach and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in the ATS.
• Support recruiters with admin tasks, reporting, and requisitions.
• Collect information from candidates after offer acceptance.
• Initiate onboarding and coordinate transition to HR/onboarding teams.
• Assist with background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
