Solvita is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

This fast-paced, process-driven position requires strong critical thinking, strict adherence to compliance regulations, and excellent organizational skills. Experience with ATS and MS Office is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various platforms in alignment with the hiring strategy.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience and interest.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal contracting guidelines and company policies.
