Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments in New Jersey. You will manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have experience with ATS platforms (Lever, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing) and Paychex HRIS, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive hiring success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS platforms like Paychex to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to build a diverse talent pool.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support external recruiting efforts by developing relationships with staffing agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks.
• Assist in employment law compliance related to talent acquisition, HR legal standards, and HR systems to uphold fair hiring practices.
• Contribute to training & development initiatives by participating in onboarding sessions, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation processes.
