Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
• 3+ years of experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview process.
• Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex scheduling scenarios.
• Maintain the integrity of PitchBook’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage the background check process effectively.
