Ai2 in Seattle is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team during a period of increased hiring. This on-site role ensures interviews run smoothly, candidates receive a best-in-class experience, and our team can move efficiently through the process.

The position lasts through the end of the year, with potential extension based on business needs and performance. A base salary range of $59,000 to $88,500 complements a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination or high‑volume scheduling experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews from initial screen through final loop.
• Manage interviewer and candidate calendars across time zones.
• Set up meeting rooms and ensure technical readiness for presentations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Support job postings and recruiting administrative tasks.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and respond to scheduling requests.
• Help deliver a polished candidate experience aligned with Ai2 values.
