Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1 year of coordinator or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all details for interview experiences from setup through onboarding.
• Schedule virtual and in-person interviews with recruiters, managers and interview teams.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with admins and executive assistants as needed.
• Send confirmations emails and interview agendas to interviewers.
