Percepta is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own, manage, and elevate the candidate experience as we scale. You will partner with the Head of Recruiting and the team to create processes that reflect our values and drive timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in talent coordination or administrative support in a high-growth company.
• Outstanding organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
• Calendar/scheduling expertise for onsite, phone and virtual interviews (Zoom preferred).
• Experience optimizing and utilizing an ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Comfort with pivoting quickly and moving with speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Team-player mentality with a 'no task too small' mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate to ensure an exceptional and welcoming recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers from start to finish.
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates during interview scheduling, advocating for both candidate and team with appropriate urgency.
• Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting, recruiting team, and stakeholders to identify process improvements and surface trends.
• Utilize clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners.
• Expertly manage multiple candidates and calendars to coordinate high-volume interview activity across teams.
• Schedule and facilitate a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews and surface improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, providing information needed for interviews or schedule adjustments.
• Take on special projects related to talent, culture, HR as needed.
