• Process and review employment verifications for driver applicants.
• Provide excellent customer experience when answering hotline calls and facilitate escalation of high-priority tasks.
• Assist Recruiters in running initial reports, making contact phone calls, and providing backup support.
• Create and maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Support Recruiting Admin in assisting with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks.
