Job summary

Electra is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Manassas, VA to own the day-to-day interview process—scheduling, panel coordination, and interview kit prep—as the small TA team scales hiring across the company. You’ll be the first point of contact for many candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects the caliber of our team and mission.

This high-visibility role partners with recruiters and hiring managers across the business to keep interviews moving smoothly and on time, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting coordinator experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple pieces at once.
• A warm, polished presence — you’ll often be the first person our candidates meet.
• Ability to be onsite in our Manassas, VA office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own interview logistics end-to-end: scheduling, panel coordination, and building interview kits.
• Manage a high volume of scheduling across multiple open reqs, juggling moving pieces without dropping the ball.
• Own candidate experience — greeting candidates onsite, getting them set up and prepped, and making sure their visit feels great.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the interview process moving smoothly.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-first attitude.
