Electra is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting in a fast-paced aerospace startup. You will own expense report processing, corporate card reconciliation, AP support, and vendor management while building a strong foundation across operational accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience; internship experience considered.
• Experience processing expense reports and/or accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process expense reports and audit for policy compliance and proper coding.
• Handle accounts payable tasks: invoices, coding, PO matching, approvals.
• Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain organized audit-ready files and vendor records.
• Assist with month-end close and ad hoc accounting requests.
