Listen Labs is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in New York to manage scheduling, candidate experience, and recruiting operations. You will partner with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers to keep processes fast, high-quality, and smooth from first touch through onsite and close.

As you ramp, you’ll take on broader, strategic work across the team and help scale hiring with Ashby and clean workflows. This role offers growth and impact in a fast-growing AI research environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or recruiting ops in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented to a fault; you catch things others don’t.
• Very reliable and responsive; people trust you.
• Can juggle multiple tasks without getting flustered.
• Interested in growing into broader ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling end-to-end; ensure candidates and interviewers are prepared and on time.
• Administer a smooth candidate experience, especially onsite.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Unblock issues quickly with the team and keep processes moving.
• Keep Ashby accurate for real-time visibility.
• Improve workflows and run improvements across processes.
• Take on ad hoc projects to support hiring pushes.
