Job Description
- Execute full life-cycle recruiting for internships, co-ops, and entry-level engineering roles (Engineer Associates): sourcing, resume review, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and pre-start engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent our Company at career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and student organization events (e.g., IEEE, SWE, NSBE, SHPE, ASME) at assigned target universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, engineering faculty, and student organizations to strengthen school partnerships and pipeline yield.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define intern and new-grad headcount needs by discipline, align intern project assignments, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Source and engage candidates through Handshake, LinkedIn, university job boards, resume books, and referral/employee ambassador programs; train and deploy employee ambassadors for campus events.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, timely dispositioning and documentation in compliance with OFCCP and EEO requirements for federal contractors.
- Coordinate interview days and logistics, including hiring manager scheduling, candidate travel, and post-interview debriefs; drive timely offer decisions.
- Support internship program execution: onboarding, intern events, mid- and end-of-term performance touchpoints, and full-time conversion offers.
- Track and report campus recruiting metrics: applications, interviews, offers, acceptance rates, yield by school, and intern conversion rates; recommend adjustments to the target school strategy based on results.
- Support campus recruitment marketing, including event promotion, careers site and social content for student audiences, and giveaway/collateral logistics.
- Manage seasonal recruiting calendars and travel schedules across multiple schools and requisitions concurrently.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, SuccessFactors) including compliant candidate record-keeping and dispositioning.
- Working knowledge of campus recruiting platforms such as Handshake and LinkedIn.
- Strong event planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple schools, events, and open requisitions simultaneously during peak season.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to student audiences and partnering with engineering hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for pipeline and metrics reporting.
- Ability to travel to campuses and events up to 40% during peak recruiting seasons, including occasional evenings and weekends.
