University Relations (UR) is a strategic arm of our People & Organization (P&O) and Talent Acquisition (TA) functions at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Our team’s mission is to attract, select, and retain the best, next generation of talent for Siemens Digital Industries Software.
We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our nationwide internship program and entry level talent programs! This includes our Strategic Student Program, Multiple Engineering Cooperative Program, Associate Applications Engineer Program, and Atlas Graduate Program. The UR Recruiter will join a team who hire, onboard, and support approximately 300 students hired across the US each year. You will assist with high-volume recruiting, attend in-person campus events such as career fairs, and plan events for interns participating in our program. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the team, and who is extremely detail oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $151,200. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
