HireArt is helping a mobility technology company find a Recruiting Coordinator to play a critical role in helping identify and onboard the talented individuals who will bring the company's vision to life.
In this role, you will work closely with the recruitment team to support the hiring process and ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates as they explore opportunities at the cutting edge of mobility technology.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role in recruitment and 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing, along with scheduling skills, project management skills, and technical ability.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process and provide support to hiring managers and the recruitment team.
- Help with the development and implementation of recruitment projects/programs.
- Attend and participate in recruitment-related events.
- Represent the organization to potential candidates by scheduling interviews, providing information, answering questions, and handling other recruitment tasks to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment process and serve as a resource for organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
- Manage and prioritize a variety of recruiting coordinator tasks, using independent judgment and initiative.
- Collaborate with recruiting partners/teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve the process.

- Associate’s degree in business or related field OR 2 years of directly related experience
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in recruitment or a related area
- 1+ year of candidate sourcing experience or related experience
- Experience with external scheduling systems and smart scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and technical ability
- Strong capability to prioritize, focus, and achieve goals
- Proactive team player willing to go above and beyond
- Experience with Google Workspace, Lever, and/or GoodTime is a major plus
