Job Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Executive Recruiting actively engages with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a stellar experience. Responsible for research, market mapping, scheduling intake and regular status meetings, candidates screening and direct interview scheduling. The Senior Coordinator works alongside the entire Executive Recruiting team and provides research, status updates, presentation decks, engages with candidates and proactively builds talent pools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Manager, Executive Recruiting, delivers the presentations/status reporting/market mapping tools, and resources for the team.
  • Create/deliver robust market mapping data and candidate profiles aligned to search criteria.
  • Guide candidate through the entire process to provide a high touch curated experience.
  • Plan and schedule interviews and communicate logistics to candidate, hiring panel and keep everyone informed of any changes.
  • Serves as point person to candidate to answer questions throughout the process.
  • Research talent acquisition best practices and search for innovative recruitment solutions
  • Ensures a positive customer experience by facilitating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Monitors candidates and new hires to ensure efficient progress through all appropriate avenues: from scheduling interviews with the hiring teams and through the hiring process.
  • Builds partnerships by supporting internal and external customers, fostering engagement by effectively responding to inquiries and issues.
  • Provides timely, thoughtful, and engaging messages through written and verbal communication to customers during the hiring process.
  • Can recognize and properly handle highly sensitive and confidential candidate and employee data, maintaining its integrity.
  • Works proactively to identify and apply solutions, adaptive ideas, and guidance to all customers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of processes to answer candidate questions
  • Ensure that candidate questions are fully addressed and escalating complex/difficult questions as necessary.
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and professional customer service.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

  • Education:High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in support of leadership focused recruiting (in addition to education requirement).

B. Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Juggle multiple high-priority, leadership & executive searches, ensuring efficient prioritization and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to create compelling decks and showcase information.
  • Be highly organized in projects, and follow through on everything.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced and proficient (ability to use without assistance) with Microsoft Office, Outlook for complex interview panel scheduling.
  • Experienced in arranging flights, hotel, and other travel accommodations.
  • Must be willing to work various start times to accommodate various time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and successful conflict resolution.

Physical Requirements

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.

The expected base range for this position across the U.S. is $25.00 - $30.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
