Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role supports a variety of administrative, recruiting, and project-based activities, with a primary focus on reviewing a high volume of pre-recorded candidate interviews each day and calibrating evaluations against established hiring rubrics and guidelines.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM systems, is comfortable interviewing and evaluating candidates, brings strong attention to detail, and thrives in a high‑volume recruiting environment. This work is repetitive in nature, so candidates who can maintain consistency and accuracy across a large daily caseload will be most successful.
This is a primarily remote position based out of Houston, TX, with potential for occasional onsite work to support in‑office hiring activities.
