We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join Chamberlain Group's dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you'll help us secure top-tier talent quickly through innovative sourcing strategies, providing exceptional candidate experiences, and working closely with our business leaders to meet hiring needs.
This is a hybrid role, offering three days onsite at our headquarters in Oak Brook, IL and two days remote.
What you will do:
- Partner with Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand the short and long-term hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices in support of firm/departmental goals and objectives.
- Apply knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring
- Source passive candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: LinkedIn Recruiter, industry organizations and associations, online searches, referrals and job postings to expand the qualified applicant pool
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on key decisions throughout the hiring process including resume review, interview process and market insights
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
- Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process is moving
- Effectively close offers in a candidate driven market
- Work with agencies when warranted and advise agencies on the recruitment process
- Manage high-volume requisition loads for production and manufacturing roles, driving efficient, timely fill rates in a fast-paced plant environment
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible recruitment experience include supporting multiple functions or departments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruiting for production/manufacturing roles, including hourly and skilled trades positions, within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using a variety of sourcing tools to seek and secure passive candidates
- Experience using an ATS to its full capabilities (Workday Recruiting experience highly preferred)
- Ability to understand changing market dynamics and subsequently be creative in finding candidates to fit those parameters.
- A superior sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- Strong business acumen; fluent grasp of issues impacting the employment market.
- Ability to succeed in fast past environment and adapt to change quickly.

- An experienced recruiter who can hunt for candidates and solve business problems.
- Enthusiastic about matching candidates to open roles and enjoy seeing hires succeed at your company
- Highly organized; able to track, monitor, and report on positions while managing 20 openings at any given time
- Comfortable managing high-volume pipelines and competing production/manufacturing requisitions simultaneously, often on tight timelines
- A life-long learner who constantly seeks out development opportunities
- Looking to join a collaborative team that enjoys learning from each other, brainstorming ideas to improve our processes, and are constantly striving to "up our game"
The pay range for this position is $76,600 - $132,800. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
