The University of Maryland is seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to support its MBA and Business Master's programs. This role involves outreach to prospective candidates, event assistance, and collaboration with various departments. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. The position offers a salary range of $49,600 to $62,000.

Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The position is responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts of a nationally ranked FullTime MBA , Flex MBA , EMBA and 8 Business Master’s programs. This includes but is not limited to prospective candidate outreach via email, phone, text messaging, and various platforms. The position will assist with recruiting and yield events, prospective candidate interviews, consultations, presentations and website updates, and various recruiting tasks. This position will also liaison between the MBA /MS Admissions Office, and other departments such as the Master’s Programs Office and the Office of Career Services. This position will primarily be responsible for the initial outreach to prospects for all mentioned programs and will help prospective students move through the admissions pipeline.
