What you’ll do

1. Support: Assist US HR partners by entering requisitions.
2. Source: Find top candidates using databases and social media.
3. Create: Develop job advertisements and marketing strategies for career opportunities.
4. Collaborate: Partner with marketing to create templates supporting recruitment efforts.
5. Schedule: Arrange interview schedules for video and on-site interviews.
6. Coordinate: Support candidate travel arrangements for interviews (if applicable).
7. Onboard: Manage the hiring process from offer to first day onboarding.
8. Improve: Support continuous process improvements for efficiency.

What you’ll bring

1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years of recruitment experience considered equivalent.
2. Experience: Proven track record as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and deadline management.
4. Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies and best practices.
5. Hands-On: Experience with phone interviews and reference checks.
6. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management tools.
7. Social Media: Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other career platforms.

The compensation range is $27-30 hourly, based on factors including education, experience, and certifications.
