Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with Accounting & Finance Candidates.
• Publish job ads on career pages and job boards.
• Source and contact passive Accounting & Finance Candidates online.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview Accounting & Finance Candidates (Zoom/In-Person) to build up network and provide to sales team
• Update Candidates on hiring status for certain roles submitted to
• Prepare Candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential Accounting & Finance Candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of Candidates’ information and past feedback for future roles
• Manage a portfolio of Accounting & Finance Candidates and maintain good relationships with them
• Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
