Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a fast-paced professional office with emphasis on sales.
• Sales/marketing/psychology or customer service background preferred.
• 2 year degree (min) in business or psychology recommended.
• Excellent computer skills; typing 50+ WPM.
• Bullhorn or other ATS/CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to set priorities and work independently.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting activity KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Present a welcoming experience for guests, applicants and associates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruited employees and resources.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews; schedule interviews.
• Recruit talent for multiple skill sets daily.
• Schedule calls with business owners and hiring managers.
• Reference check calls with hiring managers.
• Administer candidate skill evaluations.
• Develop new recruiting sources and follow up with candidates.
• Input weekly time data for payroll processing.
