Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support one of our top Recruiters with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and updating profiles in our ATS/CRM.

Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will prepare interview materials, assist with day‑to‑day tasks, and contribute to a best‑in‑class candidate experience, with a competitive $40,000 base salary and solid benefits.

As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will be responsible for directly supporting one of our top Recruiters with a variety of tasks throughout the TQL recruitment process. This includes finding prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining and updating profiles in our recruiting platforms, while providing a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through the entire selection process
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
• Assist in preparing interview materials, including interview guides, candidate assessments and testing, candidate evaluation forms, and background documents
• Support the Recruiter with other day‑to‑day responsibilities as needed

What you need

• Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks
• High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high‑level of professionalism
• Proficient with MS Office products
