Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing offers a Recruiter Trainee Program that develops core recruiting skills such as sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26/hour during training (about 13 weeks).

After successful completion, you become a Recruiter 1 with a salary of $80,168 and uncapped commission potential. You will manage workloads across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings, collaborate in a fast-paced team, and nurture high-value candidate

• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in English required.

• Action oriented, results driven and KPI-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Use recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Assist Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients with timely help.
• Navigate onboarding workflow and Amergis processes.
