Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to Recruiter 1 with a $55,000 salary and uncapped commission potential. The role involves managing a diverse workload across recruiting, operations, reporting, and meetings in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Manage workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Utilize recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
