Job summary

Carolina Basement Systems in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a professional Recruiter to join our growing team and help drive talent acquisition for our leading basement waterproofing and foundation repair services.

You will source candidates, screen, develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding while delivering WOW service and building strong relationships across the organization. This on-site role emphasizes culture, training, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and complete initial screening.
• Develop and update job descriptions using Paycom and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Complete hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding of new employees, including engagement from offer acceptance through hire date.
• Prepare, organize, and lead orientation class.
• Track employee referrals and/or sign-on bonus to ensure they are paid accurately.
• Work closely with employees and candidates, providing WOW service while building relationships.
• Process and maintain personnel files.
• Ensure new-hire checklists are completed on time and in compliance with federal laws.
• Other duties as needed.

What You Would Do
