Job summary

SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and airport-based roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce gaps. You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels, and organize hiring events at domestic airport locations.

You will conduct competency-based interviews and track KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing channels.
• Experience using ATS systems (SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS).
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics, SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and airport-based roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce gaps.
• Conduct intake meetings and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Organize and attend hiring events at domestic airport locations.
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews.
• Provide hiring managers with timely updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
• Track recruiting metrics, KPIs, and SLA performance.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with vendors, RPO partners, Legal, Labor teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities.
• Travel to recruiting events, including occasional weekend events.
