Job summary

Meet Recruitment is seeking entry-level recruiters to join our Life Sciences division. You will manage a 360 desk, delivering candidates and driving new business development through proactive sourcing and client engagement.

You will headhunt candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals, while researching markets to expand our client base in the Life Sciences space. You will work with multiple hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and build top talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a client facing role (can be full time or internship) OR in an athletic program (required)
• Outbound sales experience (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and new business development.
• Headhunt candidates utilizing cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals.
• Market research on companies for business development purposes.
• Gain insight into the Life Sciences space and become an expert in sourcing high quality and relevant candidates for open positions.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle from first contact to closing the offer.
• Work with numerous hiring managers to assist with staffing needs.
