Job summary

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment
• Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
• Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries preferred
• Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to effectively screen, qualify, and interview candidates
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targets

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Commission up to 37.5%
