Experis Technology Group is seeking a Recruiter Staffing Specialist to join their Global Talent Acquisition team in Warren, MI. You will coordinate interview scheduling, ensure smooth calendars, and deliver thoughtful candidate care while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

In this role, you will work with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across North America, manage candidate trackers, and generate reports to keep interview pipelines actionable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience.
• Proficient with an enterprise ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting, including navigating candidate stages and running reports.
• Strong MS 365 skills: Outlook calendar management, Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, data exports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with precision, minimizing disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to candidates, TA partners, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

Our client is seeking a Recruiter Staffing Specialist to join their team. As a Recruiter Staffing Specialist, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team supporting North America hiring needs. Job Title: Recruiter Staffing Specialist Location: Warren, MI Pay Range: $32 per hour

What's the Job?

Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with precision, proactively resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams. Deliver top-notch candidate care by providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers. Maintain open communication with Talent Acquisition Partners and serve as a trusted partner to support a seamless hiring experience. Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms with meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and consistency. Manage candidate trackers aligned with the Applicant Tracking System, using Excel and Workday dashboards to keep information current and actionable.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience.
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with an enterprise ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting, including comfort navigating candidate stages, running reports, and maintaining data accuracy across requisitions.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendar management (scheduling, Free/Busy visibility, managing reschedules) and Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and managing data exports for tracking).
• Working proficiency with AI-based scheduling platforms such as Paradox, Ev-e, or similar tools; experience with automated, semi-automated, or round-robin interview scheduling is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proven organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
